Purchasing Analyst

About the Job:

We are looking for a brilliant student/newly graduated to join our Purchasing Department for a six months internship in our HQ located in Castelfranco Veneto!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collection and input of purchasing data, analyzing spending, supplier performance and market trends;
• Supporting Purchasing teams in Italy, Slovakia and China to support Purchasing Europe/China Managers;
• Prepare and submit reports on purchasing activities, cost savings, performance of suppliers and market trends to VP Purchasing and Purchasing Department, on a monthly/quarterly basis;
• KPI creation and analysis;
• Analysis and data input on SAP management system.

Skills & qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Management Engineering Students;
• Willing to work in international, fast paced environment

KNOWLEDGE:

• Good at Computer use, Windows software, Office Package, especially Excel;
• Previous Knowledge of SAP management system, is preferable.

LANGUAGES:

• Knowledge of Italian and English is mandatory;
• A further language knowledge is appreciated.
