Summary
Health and Safety
We remain firm in our commitment to a “Zero Harm” philosophy, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all our people. In 2025, we successfully achieved re-certification for ISO 45001:2018 at our production sites in Italy, China, and Slovakia. Our proactive approach is driven by the rigorous monitoring of “Near Misses” and the requirement to close 100% of identified corrective actions within the same month.
2025 Result: reduction of work-related injuries to 2 (down from 4 in 2024) out of 2,547,193 hours worked.

Training
We intensified our commitment to professional growth and operational safety, focusing on the technical skills required for our transition to battery-powered technology. Safety & Compliance remains our largest training pillar, ensuring all workers are equipped to handle new technological risks, while we also launched the first phase of our dedicated sustainability training project. In 2025, we successfully increased our development investment, delivering an average of 13 training hours per employee across the Group.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Maintaining the UNI PdR 125:2022 “Gender Equality” Certification for our Italian operations, which was confirmed in 2025, represents a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to a fair and equitable workplace. This recognition is supported by a comprehensive policy framework designed to ensure transparency and meritocracy while prohibiting discrimination based on gender, age, or nationality. A key pillar of this strategy is the STIGA Talent Map, which identifies high-potential female employees and supports their transition into senior management roles through targeted professional development and mentorship.
The implementation of these efforts is monitored by a dedicated Steering Committee for Gender Equality to ensure continuous progress and alignment with our 2024-2030 ESG strategy.
