Maintenance Safety&Compliance Intern

About the job: 

We are looking for a brilliant student/newly graduated to join our Maintenance Team for a six months internship in our HQ located in Castelfranco Veneto.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Maintenance Manager in updating the corporate asset database within the Exagon management system, addressing missing mandatory documentation (e.g., operation and maintenance manuals, EC declarations of conformity, minimum safety requirement checklists, etc.).
• Conduct on-site inspections across production departments to verify and reconcile physical assets with the current digital database.
• Retrieve and organize mandatory documentation (manuals, certifications, etc.) from the maintenance department archives.
• Prepare a comprehensive new asset inventory, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate and interface with Area Supervisors, the General Services & RSPP, and other key stakeholders, while working under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager and the support of a Maintenance Specialist.

Skills & qualifications

• Degree in maintenance management, management engineering, industrial engineering, technical high school degree or ITS degree.
• Proficiency in standard office software (Email, MS Word, MS Excel, etc.). Previous experience with CAD software is considered a plus.
• Prior experience in HSE and/or Industrial Maintenance is considered a plus.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Mandatory Health and Safety training in accordance with the Italian “Accordo Stato-Regioni” (minimum 4+4 hours of certification).
• Fluency in Italian, a native speaker would be preferred. Proficiency in English is considered a plus.

Reimbursement: €700 per month + free access to the company canteen
