About the Job:

We are looking for a brilliant student/newly graduated to join our Company for a six month internship in our HQ located in Castelfranco Veneto!
The intern will support the HR department in several activities according to the path that he/she chooses to explore. It’s a dynamic and challenging environment and a good platform where to start and develop a career in human resources.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1st path – HR Development Specialist:

  • Contribute to the implementation of Group people Learning & Development plan by managing, monitoring and reporting the training programs deployment;
  • Foster the adoption of the LinkedIn Learning Platform by promoting learning campaigns to targeted audiences;
  • Support the management of public funds (Fondimpresa, Fondirigenti, etc) to finance the training projects;
  • Collaborate with Internal Communication team in maintaining the Company intranet;
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of employees’ engagement programs and initiatives.

2nd path – Recruiter

  • Manages job posting in recruitment channels and the related operational activities: manage the screening and scouting process and first phone interviews with candidates, keeping a record of the recruitment phases of each research, organizing the interviews at headquarters;
  • Manages new employee induction and all the on-boarding process;
  • Support the development of programs and initiatives to increase employee satisfaction and engagement;
  • Keeps contact with external suppliers (high schools, universities, agency);
  • Supports the HRBP in organizational activities.

Skills & qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree is needed, better if in Humanities, Economics or Management disciplines;
  • Master degree or any further qualification in HR are appreciated.

KNOWLEDGE:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel is required;
  • Knowledge of HR IT tools is appreciated;
  • Knowledge of organizational methodologies, tools and schemes is appreciated.

LANGUAGES:

  • Knowledge of Italian is mandatory.
  • High proficiency in English.

  • Highly organized and deadline-driven, are required;
  • Flexibility, and capable of working in high evolving contexts;
  • Autonomy and initiative attitude;
  • Team working attitude;
  • Problem solving attitude;
