About the Job:
We are looking for a brilliant student/newly graduated to join our Group R&D – Robotics Department.
The intern will work closely with the Group R&D – Robotics Department, contributing to initiatives that focus on the development, production, and delivery of innovative project solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a challenging and fast-paced environment, while supporting the creation and implementation of cutting-edge technologies. The intern will have the chance to learn, grow, and make meaningful contributions to pioneering advancements in robotics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the project management team in planning, scheduling, and tracking progress of robotics projects.
- Assist in ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Analyze project performance metrics and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between engineering, design, production, and marketing teams.
- Assist in identifying inefficiencies in workflows and propose solutions for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Skills & qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Management Engineer or equivalent
KNOWLEDGE:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially MS Excel) is recommended
- Previous knowledge in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or equivalent)
- Basic understanding of robotics or manufacturing processes is a plus
LANGUAGES:
- Knowledge of Italian and English is mandatory
