Talent Attraction

We set out to enhance job opportunities and training for local talent by positioning our brand as an employer of choice. In 2024, we activated 54 paid internships and strengthened our presence through employer branding initiatives, hosting 50 events to attract and engage top talent.

Training

Our goal was to maintain an average of 15 training hours per employee throughout the year, with a particular emphasis on safety — which represented around one-third of all training provided — and sustainability. In 2024, we exceeded this target, delivering a total of 21,304 training hours — an average of 15.8 hours per employee — marking an increase compared with 2023.

Gender Equality

Achieving the UNI PdR:125 “Gender Equality” Certification in 2024 marked a significant milestone in our journey toward building a more inclusive and equitable workplace. This recognition reflects the concrete actions we’ve taken to embed diversity, equity and inclusion into the fabric of our organisation. Central to these efforts is our Gender Equality Policy, designed to promote equal opportunities, reduce gender gaps and foster a culture where every voice is valued and every person can thrive.

The implementation of this policy is guided by our Gender Equality Manager and a dedicated Steering Committee, ensuring consistent progress and alignment with our broader sustainability goals. Our people are at the heart of everything we do: a team of over 1,300 individuals, each bringing unique strengths and perspectives, united by a shared drive for excellence and continuous improvement. We are proud to nurture a workplace that champions respect, embraces difference and empowers everyone to reach their full potential.
