We are looking for a brilliant student/newly graduated to join our Category Management team for a six months internship in our HQ located in Castelfranco Veneto!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be involved in all of team members activities, in particular:

• In collaboration with marketing intelligence, analyze and anticipate market trends within/outside the garden industry to identify opportunities for the relevant product category.
• Generate insights by analyzing customer data, dealer expectations, and competitor lines up and monitoring relevant markets to improve existing products or to define new product concepts.
• Translates market trends and insights into product concepts with a highly competitive advantage and customer value, thus securing innovative attitude.
• Support the Development of a 4-year strategy (roadmap) for relevant product category comprehensive of all brands & all distribution channels to drive growth according to group business plan, brand & commercial strategy.
• Support the Management of the entire P/L of the product category ensuring growth in terms of revenue and margin according to the group business plan.
• Strongly collaborate with marketing dept to define a solid marketing plan to ensure a proper new product introduction in the market.
• Support other departments (R&D, quality, planning, production, sales) to ensure a correct product category execution and deployment.

Skills & qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree
• Master’s and/or any other further qualification related to Product Management is appreciated
• Willing to work in international, fast paced environment

KNOWLEDGE:

• Good at Computer use, Windows software, Office Package, especially Excel
• Previous Knowledge of SAP management system, is preferable

LANGUAGES:

• Knowledge of Italian and English is mandatory;
• A further language knowledge is appreciated.
